Position summary: As a Senior Customer Service and Sales Representative you will be the contact for all customers, new and returning. You will deliver an outstanding customer experience through quality and timely communication to customers via phone and email. Duties and Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via answering incoming calls and emails calmly in a fast-paced environment - Confidently advise customers on our programs and services specific to their lawn care needs - Establish rapport quickly with customers of a diverse range of personalities using top-notch phone presence, listening, and conversational skills - Demonstrate high-quality data entry with attention to detail - Perform outbound calls to current customers and new prospects - Handle seasonal peaks and priorities with quality, efficiency, and energy while delivering customer service excellence - Document communications/payments/cancellations in our proprietary computer software - Balance multiple simultaneous priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision - Handle difficult situations requiring skilled responses in collaboration with the CSR team - Learn, embrace, and promote our culture, brand, and services - Converse with customers about grass health, and how our services integrate into seasonal lawn care practices - Perform efficiently and stay on-task while maintaining a professional work-from-home environment - Support technicians in the field as they deliver services and communicate with customers Your success will be measured by: - Achieving personal, departmental, and company goals - Customer renewal rates, satisfaction, and reviews - Call and sales metrics Qualifications: - 5+ years of high-volume customer support, answering phones, or outbound sales experience - Positive attitude with a focus on customer service and sales - High computer skills: typing, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive - Above average English spelling and grammar to compose communications - Integrity and honesty in handling customer and payment data - Self-directed with high organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills - Quick learner - Comfortable with basic math to assist customers with pricing and quotes - Work well with a team towards shared goals - Landscaping or other outdoor industry experience is an asset - Social media or google analytics experience is an asset - High school diploma Additional Information: - Full-time seasonal position from February 1 - December 16 annually - Cover extended hours and some weekend days on a rotational schedule - Position will be virtual/work from home after training - We offer professional development and rewards Additional Growth Opportunities: - Social media and digital footprint - evolve and maximize current platforms - Customer reports and communications - Sales and marketing - Office and administration - HR role and responsibilities
